I had the best Wends day ever today at the Evergreen Farmers Market. I made two experimental Gluten Free Bean Pies last night. I sold one of them and used the other as a sample for some of my Gluten Challenged customers. It was a big hit. This coming Sat. at the Santa Teresa Farmers Market and Sun. at the Evergreen Farmers Market, I plan to have more along with a few Sugar Free Bean Pies. Be there.
